As a R & D staff, I also attended alternately with fellow HIMASTA-ITS R & D staff on each work program carried out to monitor the course of the event and recap whether our work program was in accordance with or achieved the target (Performance Appraisal) previously planned. After that, we will recap the PA data from each work program, then we process it in such a way that later we will publish the processed results to the functionaries and citizens of HIMASTA-ITS every 4 months or 2 times in each management.

Statistics in Action (SiA) is an annual program by the Professional Statistics HIMASTA-ITS that focuses on training related to the implementation of statistical knowledge in the workplace and its relevance to current issues in society. The aim of this training is to enable participants to understand the application of statistical knowledge in the workplace and to apply statistical skills to address current issues.As the head of the public relations division for SiA 2024, I am responsible for all matters related to external parties of SiA, including relationships and collaboration requests, such as with event speakers, keynote speakers, judges, and participant mentors. In this division, I lead a team of four staff members and responsible for task allocation and management for staff, such as establishing task descriptions for who will contact which external parties and creating a list of potential external partners to collaborate with.Not only do I delegate tasks to the staff, but I also sometimes act as a direct liaison between the SiA PO and external parties, such as being the liaison for judges and keynote speakers. I do this to ensure there is no imbalance in the distribution of work among the staff and between myself and the staff.
