The Research and Development (R & D) Team of HIMASTA-ITS is responsible for assessing and developing the work programs of the departments within HIMASTA-ITS The Research and Development Team operates under the supervision of the Vice Chairman 2 of HIMASTA-ITS, specifically in the area of organizational development, which is one of the top management positions in HIMASTA-ITS.As a staff in R&D HIMASTA-ITS, I am responsible for controlling the progress of a HIMASTA-ITS work program so that the planned work program can run according to plan. In addition, I am responsible for accommodating HIMASTA-ITS functionaries to both provide suggestions and input and evaluation of the continuity of our work program every month through the routine Monthly Meeting of Functionaries (MGF) forum agenda. As a R & D staff, I also attended alternately with fellow HIMASTA-ITS R & D staff on each work program carried out to monitor the course of the event and recap whether our work program was in accordance with or achieved the target (Performance Appraisal) previously planned. After that, we will recap the PA data from each work program, then we process it in such a way that later we will publish the processed results to the functionaries and citizens of HIMASTA-ITS every 4 months or 2 times in each management.

Public Relations PSt HIMASTA-ITS is one of the divisions or departments under the umbrella of Professional Statistics (PSt) HIMASTA-ITS Public Relations PSt HIMASTA-ITS is responsible for study exchange programs with other campus' Semi Autonomous Bodies (BSO) in the field of statistics Additionally, PSt Public Relations has 7 staff who are divided into 2 teams, where there is a Comparative Study team and PSt Media team.As a staff of the Public Relations division, I was placed in the PSt Media team with 4 other fellow staff. In PSt Media, we have the responsibility to attract attention and relationships from the public through the content we publish on PSt's social media. So we are responsible for managing publication posts on PSt's social media, both in planning the content created, editing the content, and also including creating content at the request of other divisions to be published on PSt's social media. Each PSt Media staff is given the responsibility to manage 1 social media each, there are Instagram Tik-Tok, Website, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X), and I was given the mandate to manage LinkedIn social media in this management.

Statistics in Action (SiA) is an annual program by the Professional Statistics HIMASTA-ITS that focuses on training related to the implementation of statistical knowledge in the workplace and its relevance to current issues in society. The aim of this training is to enable participants to understand the application of statistical knowledge in the workplace and to apply statistical skills to address current issues.As the head of the public relations division for SiA 2024, I am responsible for all matters related to external parties of SiA, including relationships and collaboration requests, such as with event speakers, keynote speakers, judges, and participant mentors. In this division, I lead a team of four staff members and responsible for task allocation and management for staff, such as establishing task descriptions for who will contact which external parties and creating a list of potential external partners to collaborate with.Not only do I delegate tasks to the staff, but I also sometimes act as a direct liaison between the SiA PO and external parties, such as being the liaison for judges and keynote speakers. I do this to ensure there is no imbalance in the distribution of work among the staff and between myself and the staff.

Event Opening Closing is one of the divisions within the management of Pekan Raya Statistika (PRS) that is responsible for the implementation of the opening and closing ceremonies of Pekan Raya Statistika.As a expert staff for the opening and closing events of PRS 2024, along with four other staff members, am responsible for assisting the division head in planning and executing the opening and closing events of PRS 2024 to the best of our abilities. This includes preparing technical and operational guidelines for other division committees during the event, planning and organizing the event series as festively as possible within the allocated budget, and drafting the necessary budget and expenses to match the available funds. In this committee, the expert staff for the opening and closing events of PRS 2024 also oversees seven staff members, who will assist in executing the event.

PKTI TD or Basic Level Scientific Writing Training is a training activity on how to write good and correct scientific papers aimed at ITS new students.As a disciplinary committee at PKTI TD 2023 experience with over 200++ participants, my colleague and I are responsible for maintaining order and discipline among the participants. This includes ensuring that participants listen to and pay attention to the provided materials, wear the appropriate uniforms, arrive on time, and complete the tasks assigned by the committee. The results will then be submitted and reported to BEM ITS.

ITS Chess UKM is one of the UKM or Student Activity Units at Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember (ITS Surabaya). As an event staff division member, my colleagues and I are responsible for the execution and organization of a major event hosted by UCITS, namely the ITS Chess Tournament (ICT).

Had the opportunity to be one of the heads of the security and licensing division for the FSAD team at the ITS Sport Competition 2023 event. ITS Sport Competition (ISC) is a sports competition between faculties in ITS, which is one of a series of big events of the 63rd ITS Dies Natalies.As the head of the division is responsible for the allocation, control, and management of tasks for the security and licensing staff, such as planning and executing mitigation for players and supporters. Additionally, there is a direct task from the Chairman of BEM FSAD to find and contact students in coordination with the ultras team that will play percussion and raise the flags of the associations in FSAD.

The ITS Student Regional Forum is a student organization under the name of Student Non-Governmental Organization (LSM), where this Regional Forum or Forda will serve as a home for ITS students who come from the same region, and Forda ITS also assists in spreading the spirit of higher education, especially introducing ITS to the local community. And my task in this organization is to maintain harmony among members through bonding activities and to prepare and execute the welcome party for new students from the Madiun area who are studying at ITS.

"Ini Lho ITS Forda" is a concrete step taken by ITS to spread the spirit of higher education and introduce ITS to the wider community, especially to third-year or final-year high school student. As a member of the event division, my task is to ensure that the school visit agenda in Madiun is carried out properly, including the timing and allocation of members who will visit the schools. We are also responsible for planning and executing the Welcome FORDA event held at SMAN 2 Madiun, which includes a tryout and an introduction to the faculties and departments at ITS for prospective new ITS students.Due to the hard work of the entire committee at the Ini Lho ITS Forda Madiun 2023 event, SUMMITS Madiun received recognition as the regional FORDA with the highest number of school visits nationwide.
