Project Manager & Solution Architect for the implementation of Tririga Integrated Facilities Management system. The project is part of a £14Bn PFI contract to provide all Training for the Ministry of Defence. Phase 1 of the project successfully went live in October 2010 with the successful implementation of Tririga but the overarching project was terminated as part of the Government defence spending review. Ran the system design workshops to ensure all requirements were validated and challenged the design to ensure a best practice solution was delivered. Always focussing on the right balance of getting the best out of the application functionality and bespoke development. The solution went on to become the framework for Sodexo globally

Project manager for the ERP implementation at Whitbread PLC. Whitbread replaced their Oracle ERP with Dynamics NAV for the Costa Coffee business. This was a 6 company implementation for the global Costa business with 1,500 stores. A hands on approach to the solution architecture acting as an interface between client and delivery partner.Built a SharePoint team site to manage all issues and incidents with the project both during development and post go give. This site also became the repository for all project and application knowledge.Managed the data migration planning and developed the application test plans with the business. A complex migration which involved the splitting of the Costa business from Whitbread. This required detailed planning and testing to ensure both systems kept their data integrity and were able to function. The migration was from Oracle financials.

Project manager for the ERP implementation and roll out at Land Securities Trillium. The project implemented Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne 8.10 Property, General Accounting, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, BI and Job Costing and with significant levels of integration to third party systems and bespoke development to a user base of 1,500.Managed a team of up to 50 contractors, internal IT staff and business representatives.Managed a complex data migration which merged the Land Securities and Trillium databases.

Responsible for Warehouse, Logistics, and Enterprise Asset Management projects for Heinz Australasia. Also engaged for projects in Asia/Pacific including Singapore and South Korea. Heinz Australasia is a $1 Billion company and is arguably the most complex FMCG company in the region.• Heinz Korea - Replacement of BCPS with JDE EnterpriseOne for financial and logistics management including 3rd party EDI messaging to a 3PL provider. Managed this process within a critical timeframe, utilising consulting resources from Australia, Singapore and Korea. A complex project with difficulties of language and geography brought in on time on budget.• Implementation of Maximo – Plant Maintenance / EAM, which has a user base of 200+ and an annual maintenance budget of in excess of $25 Million. This project covered the life cycle from business case and product assessment and contract negotiation through to requirements analysis, business process change, development and interfaces through to the core ERP systems using WBI. • Managed the continuous improvement process for the Logistics and Manufacturing business streams. During this time oversaw the replacement of many bespoke and systems and brought best practice to the organisation; removing cost and improving efficiency and information delivery.• Implementation of incident tracking systems and working with both internal and external delivery teams to prioritise appropriate remedial action or assist in addressing the root causes.
