This site also became the repository for all project and application knowledge.Managed the data migration planning and developed the application test plans with the business. A complex migration which involved the splitting of the Costa business from Whitbread. This required detailed planning and testing to ensure both systems kept their data integrity and were able to function. The migration was from Oracle financials. -
