This was a 6 company implementation for the global Costa business with 1,500 stores. A hands on approach to the solution architecture acting as an interface between client and delivery partner.Built a SharePoint team site to manage all issues and incidents with the project both during development and post go give. This site also became the repository for all project and application knowledge.Managed the data migration planning and developed the application test plans with the business. A complex migration which involved the splitting of the Costa business from Whitbread. This required detailed planning and testing to ensure both systems kept their data integrity and were able to function. The migration was from Oracle financials.

During this time oversaw the replacement of many bespoke and systems and brought best practice to the organisation; removing cost and improving efficiency and information delivery.• Implementation of incident tracking systems and working with both internal and external delivery teams to prioritise appropriate remedial action or assist in addressing the root causes.
