My name is Gift Nyiko Mongwe, and I hold a Diploma and Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Boston City Campus, I have gained a solid foundation in HR principles and practices. Additionally, I have acquired valuable knowledge in areas such as employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, and HR administration. I am confident that my academic background has equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in HR position when given.Furthermore, I have one year of work experience in HR, where I had the opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. During this time, I was responsible for various HR tasks, including assisting with recruitment processes, managing employee records, and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding. This experience has allowed me to develop strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.In addition to my HR experience, I also have one year of experience in administration. This has further enhanced my ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
