With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Navy, and 5+ years as an executive at Hewlett-Packard, HP Enterprise, and DXC Technologies, Doug brings a passion for achieving positive results for clients through strong, principled leadership.Throughout his career — which includes roles overseeing more than 3,000 personnel — Doug has led highly capable, diverse and distributed teams. He has coached, mentored and developed leaders in every role, and designed systems to improve results and drive efficiencies.His leadership experience and expertise served him well in running Operations and Security for the Navy Marine Corps Intranet, and earned him several awards from the Navy, including the Legion of Merit, three Meritorious Service Medals, and the Rear Admiral Grace Murray Hopper Award.Doug holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Montana; an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University; and a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from the Navy Postgraduate School, where he graduated at the top of his class.Highly active in his community, Doug has served in leadership roles and on the boards of organizations including Habitat for Humanity and the Gifted Advisory Council. Doug has been a Church Lay Leader for 10 years and has participated in numerous mission trips to Nicaragua, leading several.
