I am currently a Senior at the University of South Carolina majoring in Hospitality Management. The past six years I have worked in both the hotel and restaurant industry. My experience has allowed me to gain communication, problem solving, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Being a part of several different teams gave me the opportunity to be a part of making decisions, planning, and providing expectational guest satisfaction. Working entry level position's in both hotels and restaurants with the exception of events such as wedding receptions, corporate din-in and luncheons has given me an insight in how every department plays a key role. Training and working with new employees is something I do often and has allowed me to improve my leadership skills and understand different learning styles.
