Hi, Its me Gigin Durai. After completing my P.G, I selected teaching as the profession. I have the expertise knowledge on Incubation Management, Proposal drafting, Patent preparation, Project Management, Leadership Training, Mentoring, Motivational programs and Start Ups. I extended my designation as Principal Investigator for DST Sponsored projects. I became as the Chairman of IET YP, Kanyakumari Local Network and Member of SAE. I am running a StartUp SilverInk Foundation as Co-founder and Head of L & D. I added Co-founder of StartUp Grind, Kanyakumari Chapter and Co-Organiser of Techstars Startup Weekend powered by Google with my designation. With this, I am coordinationg TEDxKANNIYAKUMARI Volunteer team. I was appreciated with "Dhronacharya Award" for mentoring the Student team for Formula Event. In addition to this, I acted as the Resource Person for DST sponsored Workshops and Training programs.
