She was certified in 2012 by the Human Resource Certification Institute headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, USA as a Senior Professional in Human Resources – International. Then in 2015, Society for Human Resource Management also headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, USA, certified her as a Senior Certified Professional. She is an active member of the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network, a New York City based global community of professionals from the shared services and outsourcing industry.
