I serve in the capacity of Functional Head of ICT Infrastructure for the Brandix Apparel Solutions Casualwear cluster in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh under the Brandix Group of companies. Maintains clusters' ICT infrastructure effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.Monitor performance of ICT infrastructure to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the ICT infrastructure through the KPIs.Help define ICT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes aligning with cooperate ICT.Manage information technology and computer systems infrastructure.Manage ICT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating carrier expectations, and appraising their performance.Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
