This multi-island project, developed by Singha Estate Public Company Limited, encompasses several resorts, hotels, restaurants, retail outlets, and recreational facilities. Crossroads Island Development 3 features the SO/Maldives hotel, which has been operational since Q4 2023.Key Responsibilities:Landscape Construction Management: Oversee all aspects of landscape installation, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards for both soft and hard landscaping.MEP Coordination: Collaborate with MEP teams to integrate infrastructure effectively within landscape designs, addressing any site-specific challenges.Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication between overseas design architects, client representatives, and project teams to align on goals and resolve issues.Site Planning and Resource Scheduling: Develop and manage site plans and schedules, optimizing task allocation and resource use to meet project deadlines.Quality Control and Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper installation and adherence to quality control measures, promptly addressing discrepancies.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.Environmental Compliance: Ensure that all landscape construction practices adhere to environmental protection and sustainability standards, including managing erosion control and shore protection measures.
