CurrentLeading a global engineering team that makes magic happen; from delivering on complex product requirements to building & maintaining an immense data platform that supports it all.This has been keeping me busy:• Founding an engineering team from the ground up; inheriting outdated systems and turning them into a highly scalable backend serving 200k+ daily active users.• Led a wide range of engineering (management) talent to deliver on complex and ever-changing product requirements with uncompromising deadlines.• While reporting to CEO, worked with senior & exec company leadership of all disciplines to steer product & tech strategy.I'm proud that my team and I accomplished:• Pioneering generative AI in gaming by building & shipping a suite of AI assistant features that gives personal training advice, modifies gameplay tasks to the user's liking or generates new scenarios altogether.• Architecting, building & maintaining highly scalable infrastructure that supports our users by handling thousands of requests a second, and a BI data platform that takes that data and empowers our org to make intelligent, data-driven product decisions.• Working with development partners to build & ship an OLAP data platform that integrates with third party game publishers (like Riot Games), enriching the user experience with real-time performance data and a ubiquitous gaming profile.
