Responsible for the Ambassadors programme to attract, educate and connect young talent to the design industry, the Digital Out of Home Challenge in collaboration with Global Media, JCDecaux and OCEAN, which showcased the work of young talent on over 3000 digital screens across the Netherlands, and the RA*W Roadshow, visiting various universities across the country to educate students about the ins and outs of the creative industry. Responsible for the rebranding and visual identity in 2017. I oversaw the creation of the new visual identity, campaigns, content and communications from 2017 till 2019, from exterior design to posters and editorial design to all things digital.

My role was to initiate and develop art exhibitions in collaboration with Indonesian and international artists. The aim was to extend the core practice - the coworking space - into the cultural and artistic realm to strengthen its connection with local creative communities. Four months in the Berlin office, learning how to find and apply the 'secret layer' that is inherent in high quality design concepts and typographic constellations. During my two-month internship, I mainly worked on the visual identity pitch for Founded in Groningen, the home and accelerator for start-ups in the north of the Netherlands.
