Giving reliable, transparent and concrete information to health care providers in a safe manner is key.Through modern techniques and insights, based on years of knowledge and expertise of professionals operating at the cutting edge of health care and information technology, MRDM aims to provide continuous feedback of useful information which enables the healthcare professionals to succeed in improving quality, transparency and reducing cost.MRDM has the ambition to become a prominent and powerful player in the market of developing, designing and implementing information infrastructures and systems in the healthcare industry.

In this position I was responsible for delivering the desired product on time, within budget while meeting or exceeding the customer's expectations. With a team of 8 developers the following search and book consumer websites have been realized under my leadership: Montys, Vakantieclip, Select Voyages and BoekJeZo.The position included the following activities, among others:• Creating the project plan and getting it approved.• Composing the team and distributing the tasks.• Leading the project team on a daily basis.• Making binding deals with the customer and own management.• Delivery and implementation of the product at the customer.• Creating (financial) reports.

In this position I was responsible for the application and information management and the development of YourTravelWeb.The position included the following activities, among others:• Identifying desired product improvements by consulting customers and the sales department.• Setting the priorities and defining the releases.• Monitoring of and coordinating with the project teams.• Engaging in joined-up thinking on the positioning of the product also regarding competing products.

As part of the development team responsible for translating the customer preferences to a clear, for all parties acceptable and verifiable description of the newly developed system.Activities consisted of:• Collecting specific functional preferences from the customer and other stakeholders and creating (contractual) definitions of the requirements.• Translating the preferences with the customer to a specific description of the functional behaviour of the system in terms of use cases.• Elaborating the specifications to a complete user interface design.

As part of the development team responsible for a seamless progression of the development process.Activities consisted of:• Initiating and facilitating the sprint planning. Setting the priorities in consultation with the product owners/project managers and defining the sprint based on the estimations of the development team (scrum poker).• Initiating and facilitating the daily scrum. Keeping track of the sprint and identifying any impediments.• Solving impediments.• Demonstrating newly developed functionality to stakeholders.• Leading periodic evaluations (retrospectives) making use of the mad, sad, glad method and formulating improvements as do’s and don’ts.
