Completed a program of 8 courses (partly in Granada) to specialize in online marketing and business development. Applied this knowledge to my new poster business, whose potential was validated through target audience and competition research. I created a branding manual & designed social media posts that comply with it. I used Photoshop, Lightroom, and AI to optimize product photos. Built a website using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, then optimized it through keyword analysis, website crawls, and backlink analysis. I gathered website data using Google Analytics by creating custom reports, metrics, dimensions, and events, displayed in Lookerstudio. All of this came together by applying sales techniques when selling the posters, such as The Pie, sales drivers, Rose of Leary, and more.

Learned working in & understanding international cultures. Communicated with people who have totally different goals & habits. Researched opportunities for the company by interviewing stakeholders, using Beri-index, and much more. Created a new and innovative communication strategy to kick of the expansion for a specific product to markets abroad. Validated this strategy with data from experiments done in the Spanish market & markets abroad. Experienced how different cultures can result in different perspectives or creative impulses.

Found a new promising target audience. Mapped the customer needs of the new target audience. Created an innovative and fitting product concept. Realized the concept by making a supplier analysis. Continuously tested the product at the audience and improved it. Made a marketing strategy for the product launch. Launched and sold the new product.
