I am ambitious and highly motivated and am searching for a challenging role that allows me to exploit and develop skills and experience, particularly in the field of the environment. My experience has allowed me to develop good representative, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and I am also a strong team-player. I have: a successful track record in organizing my work to deliver to the required time and quality standards and, in doing so, have shown that I can solve problems and overcome barriers; a strong interest and background in plant ecology, nature conservation, sustainability, nature management, policy, carrying out relevant research according to scientific standards and developing and organising courses for a University curriculum; work experience, including an internship with ECNC-European Centre for Nature Conservation where I was involved as a member of a team delivering projects and programmes for the European Commission. I am a pragmatic idealist with a thirst for knowledge, who is looking to make a difference.
