• Undertook lead curriculum planner position during distance learning and developed thematic units for remote learning aligning with classroom practices with DRDP.• Trained all 5-school faculty on different educational digital resources: Zoom, G-Suite, WebEx, Class Dojo, and Learning Genie.• Provide technology support for students, staff and guardians with troubleshooting laptops, iPad, cellphones, to maximize their functions for teaching and learning.• Prepare and facilitate monthly Zoom meetings regarding curriculum planning.• Creator and writer of the school’s bilingual weekly newsletter (English/Spanish); handle all aspects, including; formatting, embedding important links, and updating the synchronous and asynchronous planner. • Commenced union representative duties by gathering school personnel to analyze, review and update the reclassification of positions aligned with state and district guidelines.• Collaborate with all school specialists to ensure student’s needs are being met (i.e. speech therapist, occupational therapist, behavioral therapist, auditory professional, vision impairment professional, and school psychologist). • Continually asses the overall curriculum as well as supporting projects to promote program success.• Foster social and emotional development, develop creative abilities and further physical skills of 40 children.• Support collaboration for preschool inclusion with special education preschool; modify and adapt activities to meet IEP goals. • Assisted in children’s assessment progress through completing conference forms in collaboration with lead teacher.• Ability to redirect students exhibiting behavior problems.
