As a Nevada licensed home inspector I inspect all the systems of a home or commercial building up to 10,000 sq. ft.

i conduct environmental monitoring for four Bureau of Land Management Right of Way permitted areas for the largest solar power plant (Power Tower) in the world, Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating Facility and the Genesis thermal solar power plant in Blythe, CA. I also, prepare and submit reports on activities affecting the environmental aspects of the project including the Biological Opinion, Air Quality, Hazardous Materials and Waste.

Managed design build department for a $30 million per year Las Vegas commercial construction firm. Procured, contracted, and supervised environmental contractors conducting asbestos sampling, monitoring, and personnel exposure assessments for the Cosmopolitan Resort Hotel. Managed design and construction of over 200,000 sq. ft. of commercial office and office warehouse projects. Prepared development plans for 50 MW solar power plant. Managed apartment to condominium conversion for 1200 unit apartment complex.Key Accomplishments• On budget and schedule construction of over 450,000 sq. ft. of new or remodel residential, commercial, or industrial space. • On schedule acquisition of entitlements for warehouse and office complexes.
