As an assistant manager I’ve learned to address urgent cases and find meaningful solutions in the minimal time frame. Thus I was involved in every step the office took and had great connections all around my branch. I was known for reviewing upcoming projects and adding meaningful insights and details to a work plan. Working directly with costumers, mostly problematic cases, reviewing employee performance on a weekly basis and the centers performance on a monthly/median/yearly basis. Gaugeing every employees’ proficiency and assigning them to regular training accordingly. All of which granted me managing and communication skills I never had.
