I was responsible for managing two offices in Georgia ( Atlanta and Savannah) , in the P&C, Employee Benefits and Personal Lines depts. The book was $80k in revenue ( 800 million in premium). I led and co-led all of the sales staff, and had profit and growth responsibilities for the state. Learned a great deal about how to lead a entrepreneurial sales professionals. Led strategies that were implemented to manage acquisitions. Developed strong carrier relationships in the P&C market.
