I was directly involved in Civil Engineering Design, Construction Management Services.

I was responsible for Construction Management Duties on certain projects. In addition, I was assisting in the Company marketing and the expansion of Civil Design Services provided by the Company.

Project Manager, and Estimator. I was responsible for preparing cost estimates and bids for both private and government work. As project Engineer/Manager I was responsible for ordering all the required materials for the construction of the project. I manage the sequence and crews (water, sewer, drainage, earthwork, roadwork, curbs, etc.) working on a project. Review any and all field problems and coordinate solutions in conjunction with the Design Engineers and Agencies. Presently Managing Miami-Dade County Public Works Roadway Project SW 160 St. the Company specialized in Land Development, constructs water systems, sewer systems, drainage, paving and grading, earthwork and road construction. Presently the company has migrated into more government work for The County Water & Sewer Department, Public Works and FDOT.

Site, Civil & Utilities Coordinator. As the owners representative I was responsible for the complete development of the site civil for the Landmark @ Doral Project. This included all the on site water, sewer construction, the paving grading and drainage work as well as the off- site improvements to NW 107 Ave and the development and construction of a traffic signal at NW 66 St and the relocation of an existing signal mast pole at NW 58 St. In addition to the role of on-site supervision of the site development I was directly responsible for the coordination of all other utilities on site such as power, telephone, cable TV and gas. This included the design and layout of all facilities and coordination of its installation. In addition, I assisted the overall project manager in the vertical construction aspect of the project.

Senior Project Engineer. I was responsible for review and supervision all engineering project managers. I oversaw all engineering design. I performed field inspections and construction coordination/observations under the supervision of a registered professional engineer. In addition I was involved in the business development and assisted President in marketing efforts, fee proposals, and contract administration for numerous projects. The types of projects have been both County Highway Section projects and private sector General Civil Engineering projects. The projects include such civil engineering work as water and sewer design, utilities relocation, drainage, paving and marking, roadway design and coordination with Architects, contractors and other design disciplines and County & State FDOT regulators and Developers.

Other responsibilities included on site management of projects as well as off site (office) management of projects, coordination between our crews and subcontractors performing other task on project. Projects completed: Sheraton New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana & The Renaissance Vinoy Resort in St. Petersburg, Florida

The types of projects I was responsible for where predominately educational facilities for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Broward Community College and the University of Miami. The projects include such civil engineering work as water and sewer design, utilities relocation, drainage, paving and marking, roadway design and coordination with Architects, contractors and other design disciplines. In addition I was involved in, design, design build and criteria development and supervision for Miami-Dade County Public School projects.
