Young Puerto Rican & Peruvian adolescent who is knowledgeable and able to adapt to different environments with ease. I managed to work Full-time in Retail, Part-Time in grocery and still be a Full-Time student. As a grocery clerk, I learned stocking, visuals, price merchandising, leadership skills. As a Store Manager, I accomplished elevating a $1 million dollar volume store to a +$1.5 million dollar volume. In 2020, I took a role as an Overnight Operations Manager overseeing 3 $4.5 million properties. My journey is currently in the heart of Downtown Chicago, as one of the store managers of Foot Locker on State St. I am keen with the customer experience and operation excellence models. I have been awarded with great audit merits, and operational recognitions. I am familiar with achieving a sales book and exceeding in conversion.
