The Director of the College and Career Readiness Unit supported 23 school districts and 430,000 students in Riverside County to improve high school graduation rates, college readiness and acceptance rates, and career readiness as measured by the California Department of Education College and Career Indicators. Projects and professional development targetted improving UC/CSU completion, FAFSA application completion, designing a high school readiness indicator for middle schools, and building a universal K-12 college-going across the Riverside County.

Temecula, California

The principal of 3200 student comprehensive high school. Lead and sustained school to achieve an 800+ API, increased UC/CSU completion rates for 51% to 70%, 300% growth in AVID sections, and increased the number of students enrolling in Advanced Placement courses by 5% annually 2012-2017.

Menifee California

Lead the Personnel Services Division from 2004-2008. Responsible for certificated and classified staffing. Was appointed Assistant Superintendent of Business Services in 2008. Responsible for budget development and the division support services (payroll, purchasing, food services, transportation, facilities, maintenance and operations). Oversaw the construction, staffing, and opening of two elementary and one middle school in 2008.

Menifee, California

The principal of 1800 student 6-8 grade middle school. Responsible for student academic, social, and emotional development. Designed and implemented a multi-track master schedule. Improved academic performance by redesigning and de-tracking student access to grade level curriculum for all students. Implemented 40 developmental assets and Peer Plus program to improve school culture and climate. Hire the school's first counselor and Instituted a comprehensive school counseling program.
