• Customer success Team leader,Managing and developing business relationships - onboarding new customers with dozens of employees each to the iPlan CRM system and tailoring it to their unique needs, delivering demo presentations, and monitoring usage to identify gaps and provide solutions for successful integration, usage and renewal.• Leading multi-disciplinary strategies company-wide projects for advancing and establishing new opportunities for revenue and optimization.
