THIS IS ME.....Simple and clear...Born in a very poor migrant Family from Spain and Italy during the 60's I grew up with one big main behavior's mentality...DETERMINATION, discernment, work and objective self-esteem. 18 years old was the perfect time to know about myself deeper and I enrolled myself in the Army...35 R.A.P Airborne Artillery Compagny. 2 years later my decision was made up...I will become an airplane pilot...First school in Canada Quebec Montreal "CFA Canada Aviation" school..Graduated Commercial Instructor pilot. Responsible of training courses African's Student pole. After 16 months in Canada....Back to France and determinate to get my French ATPL (Air transport pilot Licence) ENAC Paris (Ecole Nationale Aviation Civile) courses and Institute MERMOZ Paris. My good networking in those famous schools and my chances to get good jobs were at maximum and I became private business jet pilot with the biggest fortune of France. By collateral implications I was then allocated to be French Prime Minister's pilot... Mr. J.CHIRAC (1988/89). This high position of responsibility never made me forget where I came from and my determination was still intact. 1990 I joined AOM/ French Airline I was promoted as first Officer on a Long Haul Commercial plane DC10... 1996 same Airline AOM and promoted as a Captain Pilot in Command...I was 36 years old. ...4 years later 2000 AOM Bankruptcy.Crucial time's point of my life...Same time my son is born and out of French work system..I needed to be international..First job outside France was NOUVELAIR Tunisia then 9/11 happened I was sent to work in Jakarta Indonesia LION Airlines..Then Milan Italy EUROFLY Airlines... Then AIR ATLANTA Iceland...Then RYANAIR UK where I spent 2 years and have understood Businesses EFFICIENCY with Low cost Airlines. In the meantime I have created in England my first company "FROGGY LILY" Crepes (Sweet & Savouries) to take away in a small Food Trailer. A Headhunter found me and hired my skills for a Chinese Airlines Company JADE CARGO INTERNATIONAL joint venture with Lufthansa and here have started my Chinese adventure and my new baby was just born. In China as I was missing French Bread, I have created my own Company a french Bakery "BAGUETTE & COMPANY" 6 employees. Sold out 6 years later as my aviation contract finished as well. My third baby was born...Back to France in 2019 July...I was 60 years old. No more pilot job for me too old for recruitment. CASAPASTA is Born in Draguignan, my new owned company. Italian Fast Food.
