    A Government Relations firm started by State Legislators with Capitol Hill experience and nationally recognized for its accomplishments. He got the Senate Small Business Committee to include it on the Senate side because the House bill was already on the Senate floor. LifeSci was just awarded the $3 Billion project after a competitive RFP beating out national firms.Mr. Genn was chosen to represent thousands of disenfranchised Flight Attendants who had been furloughed since 9/11 from a major airline. Mr. Genn is implementing a strategy working with Congress, the Airline and the Unions, to facilitate the fair and equitable seniority integration of all the eligible former merged airline flight attendants.Mr. Genn's procurement expertise helped a client secure at that time the largest touch-screen voting machine contract in any state exceeding $55 million dollars.Mr. Genn was the lead lobbyist passing one of the first in the nation medical cannabis bills in 2003 and the bill was the first to be signed into law by a Republican Governor. Mr. Genn is currently engaged in Medical and Recreational Cannabis laws and regulations at the State and Federal levels.Mr. Genn is involved in health care access, transportation, construction, minority contracting, energy and many other debates in Congress.Mr. Genn represents a very diverse client base from the American College of Cardiology, Feld Entertainment (Disney on Ice, et al.) to the Chain Drug Store Association, among others.

The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) noted some as successful first-in-the-nation efforts. They include the first state statute in 1988 to allow for the admissibility of DNA evidence in criminal matters that literally saved the lives of 7 innocent men waiting on death row for execution; and the requirement for the police to report all moving motor vehicle violations, including fatalities, committed by Diplomats entitled to Diplomatic Immunity, to the U.S. Department of State for sanctions, among many others.
