As a freelancer, I've headed a small team of 3 developers in the specification, design and implementation of a fully automatic qa system for a project doing DHT based media distribution network.

The first employee, I have been involved in every technological aspect of the software. Initially doing architecture, development, qa, release management and support for several of the earlier versions, I moved to focus on s/w infrastructure, development environment, and eventually overall product architecture.
