Almost 25 years ago, I opened my first restaurant. After that I’ve spent 16 years as a marketing VP at Gonir, but never forgot my true passion for fine food and the good life, and when the time was right I’ve went back to doing the thing I loved most: finding, sharing and creating unique culinary experiences. I left Gonir to start my own catering business, and when a friend asked me to serve as a guide for him and his friends and show them the best places to eat in Israel, I’ve found my calling.Today, not only do I host a popular radio segment, write restaurant critics for several magazines and serve as the acting manager of the famous Al-Babor restaurant, but I also offer Culinary Tours.I can hear you asking – “What is a culinary tour?”A culinary tour is a trip through a city or a market, in which you visit not historical monuments and buildings, but restaurants, stalls, diners and any other place that deals in the culinary arts.
