I am an experienced process reengineer, project manager and governance advisor. In partnership with clients, I work to conceive, understand, plan and implement success. I believe that many great ideas already exist in the hearts and minds of the people in client organizations and my task is to help clients mine their ideas and enable their implementation. Assisting management to cultivate people is, to me, a great joy supported by my own conviction for passion and excellence in everything I do.I began my career as an engineer developing hardware and software products for high-performance real-time embedded processing applications for a NASA contractor and progressed to designing electronic chips, boards and systems, from concept through manufacturing, for several companies. Products I have been involved with developing include GPS receivers, high volume consumer and professional document imaging products, test equipment and oceanographic instrumentation. Experience has demonstrated to me that overcoming organizational inertia can be a key to success. I transitioned into project management and process work, taking on clients in the US and Bermuda in several business sectors including Technology, Utilities, Professional Services, Construction and Health Maintenance. Through this diverse and extensive experience, I have developed a strong understanding of business processes. Process reengineering can create operational effectiveness and create goals and results that will translate into performance for the enterprise as a whole.I currently operate my own process reengineering and project management consulting firm; Business Analytics Consulting and am also engaged as a Senior Consultant with Quantum Governance; L3C.
