Working with a medical device company to develop the next generation of products and consulting to industrial development PPP companies.

• Responsible for creating a new line of private label products that was globally launched and sold• Effectively developed a process to select the right partners, led the additions to the BI system, managed the global cross-functional project team and delivered training for the technical reps. At the end of the first year, we exceeded the forecast and generated revenue of $7M. To support the launch, over 4,000 SKUs were created and marketing materials for 15 product lines were developed under my management. Successfully developed future product initiatives that met financial objectives and conducted product rationalization project for existing products.
