Developed implementation methodologies to rein in project costs while meeting key milestones. Had the task to create one report for tracking all project in all stages of progression while maintaining all records. Had to create a streamlining process to incorporate parts of all models of both Alimak and Champion elevator equipment. Key Accomplishments: Created bills of material of several hundred parts to only 5 part numbers minimizing shop labor, double orders and incorrect parts ordered by over 30%. Continued to exceed sales objectives, while increasing relationships with customer base and achieving an on-time completion rate. Developed and initiated projects, including managing costs, scheduling and maximizing performance. Conducted presentations for new marketing product for sales strategies, which assisted an in increased company growth by over 30% despite a sluggish economy. Delivered engaging sales presentations to new clients, explaining technical information in simplified language to promote features and increase client base.Key accomplishment: By promoting the "Refurbishment Program", this led to a 2 million increase in a two year time frame with excellent customer satisfaction. -

Jan 1999 - Jan 2001Ran the service department overseeing all safety and incident reports, planned meetings at jobsites to discuss service plans, schedules. Hired new service technicians to meet demand of increased service contracts, installations, dismantles, etc... Created a new supervisory position and tracking program for the scheduled preventative maintenance contracts to ensure that we were meeting all contract requirements and all contracts remained current. Planned and implemented solutions for technical problems such as defects on the new manufactured equipment and recorded these to ensure corrections were were made prior to shipment of the new equipment. Set up vendor services, cranes, trucking, generators, air tuggers, JLG lifts, etc... Performed jobsite inspections and evaluated field technicians performance. Performed over 24 evaluations each year of technicians.Key accomplishments: Provided long term continuity and ease of business flow with the current experience of the business. Prior to my new role, we had been unsuccessful with numerous service managers to handle the high stress level position and 24 hour on call service. Enforced policy rules and kept detailed documentation which aided in the overall attendance and performance for field technicians.
