I am tasked with ensuring strategic alignment of the company’s largest set of enterprise data products running in Walgreen’s Bigdata ecosystem. Responsible for conducting complex and thorough research of existing processes, applications, system logic and automation technologies used to support WBA's retail operation. Among my responsibilities is developing specifications for new processes, architecture, network and hardware requirements to meet the needs of client groups served by our Retail Transformation program. I seek to improve existing processes associated to data collection, harmonization and information distribution necessary to support the objectives delineated by WBA Transformation Strategy . I help define plans to realize the objectives entrusted to the RT program - particular to Reporting, Analytics and Information Distribution - by establishing policies and procedures to secure the effective use of our SAP and Big Data architectures, increase value and speed of decision making, identifying and minimizing risks, and promoting cooperation across a highly matrixed, diverse and global organization.
