Current• Defining and implementing the first major cloud solution in a major governmental office in Israel and abroad.• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on Azure-based solutions• 10+ years of leading product management groups: B2B and C2C solutions [Product, development & implementation]• Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and execute product launches• Providing services to over 2,000 end-users in Israel and 500 end-users abroad.• Lead teams of product managers, dev teams, and designers in developing and launching Azure-based products and services. Mostly based on IAC, PAAS and DEVOPS in close collaboration with Microsoft professional services. • Define and manage the solution's LCC based on FINOPS tools. Daily monitoring of cloud environment: Applications, Infrastructure and security. Lowered organizational cloud costs by 25% in less than 6 months and 50% within a year, serving nearly 2,000 end users.• R&D management of 3 teams consisting of DEV, QA, DEVOPS. Managed the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.• Conducted market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation. • Defined and executed the product strategy, including market and partner analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback.
