The project was designed by WS Atkins (USA) as a Lead Consultant and the ID Design Consultant is Wilson Associates (USA). The Concept Design Stage is now completed and submitted to the Client for approval. The Schematic Design stage will commence after WS Atkins will receive confirmation from the Client’s. The Project components are; 5+ Star Hotel + Ballroom Building, 2 High Rise & High End Residential Apartments, and 1 Low Rise Retail Building. The total approximate Built-Up Area (BUA) is 350,000 sqm. AECOM was appointed by the client as a Project/Cost Manager.
