Military Cellular Project Technical Manager (Scale of $100 Million)Leading technical activities in the project, including system engineering and development in various Motorola Solutions development groups in Israel and around the world, subcontractors and IDF development teams.Managing multiple development and integration teams.Managing customer interface in all project life-cycle stages - Solution definition and design reviews, development , testing & field trials and system deployment.R&D ActivitiesLeading research and development teams in communications, navigation and cyber innovative research and feasibility studies in collaboration with the Israeli Ministry of Defense , IDF and various industries.

• Leading overall (managerial, technical, financial) response for a number of RFPs issued by the Israeli Ministry of Defense for mobile and fixed communications projects.• Leading a secure broadband communications for sensors in unmanned sites project, including solution definition, development, procurement, installation and fielding.• Support technology companies in developing business relationship with the Ministry of Defense, IDF and other security organizations.• Leading a methodological process for managing complex system projects while integrating and implementing supporting tools.• Strategic and technological consulting for a variety of high-tech companies.

Initiate, plan and manage R&D, development and deployment of C4I systems for the IDF Ground Forces and C4 Branch In the following areas:• Tactical Communications (combat radio, Ad Hoc data radios, RoIP, VoIP)• C2 applications (from soldier level up to strategic level systems) • Radar systems and HLS systems• Tactical Computers• Electronic warfare• EMI/RFI and Spectrum Management• Information SystemsManage and lead the ~300 person Department, including engineers, computer science personnel, technicians and administration staff.Integrative management of all activities regarding C4I technologies and systems for the IDF DAP (Digitization Army Program).Financial oriented management – intensive work with civilian companies, customer oriented managing.
