Responsible for oversight of contract personnel performing field work during the Reactor Vessel Head Replacement project.-Developed extensive Work Plans for the integration of the Reactor Head project into the Outage schedule to facilitate the loading and unloading of the Reactor Building with minimal impact to the schedule.-Reviewed work scope of contract, work authorization work package or work order prior to strategy work.-Ensured all safety requirements, procedures and any special instructions were reviewed and understood.-Ensured that personnel understood the significance of inspection or hold points in work packages and/or procedures.-Ensured the vendor/contractor was aware of the required approval from the Superintendent, Shift Operations to work on system that may trip the plant.-Ensured station standards and expectations were clearly communicated and enforced.
