Dr Gil Yaron is an economist working on climate change adaptation and resilience, community driven development and microfinance. Over the past twenty five years he has worked on impact and performance evaluation combing qualitative and quantitative methods. He has advised major organisations including DFID/FCDO, the World Bank, UNDP, UNEP and WWF. He is the author of three books and many other research publications. Gil chairs the board of Rojiroti UK - a charity supporting innovative microfinance - and is an honorary assistant professor at the Queen’s Medical Centre, University of Nottingham.
