As a Principal Developer, I'm the closest person to the development team before hitting the Engineering management personas. With this, I was put in a position that I need to have knowledge about every project and stack in use on each project and be able to unblock and assist on any engineering need.Among other responsibilities, I'm in charge of creating a new squad to address a specific kind of project inside the company. This is highly demanding in terms of planning, documentation, and people management. Furthermore, this allowed me to put into practice some theoretical knowledge that I had about OKRs and PKI.In terms of technologies, this position put me in contact with all technologies we use in the company, different paradigms, and different client profiles and challenges.

During this time, I made several websites always for foreign clients, from France to the United States.Pixelmatters is a company that gives special attention to two main things. One is UI, so I had to do pixel-perfect implementations of design specifications on Zeplin, and the other important thing is communication.
