Gila Ben-Har has been Executive Director of CET for the past 15 years.CET, a non-profit organization, has been working to promote education in Israel over the past four decades, and is the leading player in the development and introduction of both printed and digital content for teaching, learning and assessment.In her previous position, Gila Ben-Har was head of the Education, Culture and Sport Administration in the Municipality of Tel Aviv-Yafo, where she directed the planning and implementation of educational policy for four years.She is a member of the first graduating class at the School for Educational Leadership in Jerusalem. During her studies, she researched new trends, decentralization and centralization of the education system, and the place of the education system in local government.She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Bar-Ilan University, specializing in curriculum, educational administration and technology in education.
