As President, I restructured the operation, reviewed sales, marketing and delivery channels and delivered a leadership team that oversaw the implementation of an enormously successful customer-centric business model that increased revenues year-on-year and also customer satisfaction levels.- Acted as an involved Board Member across 19 companies.- Delivered substantial gains in terms of top line revenues and bottom line outcomes.- Took ownership of a corporate merger/exit strategy that provided annual savings of US$4.5M and a 2.7% EBIT improvement.
