In this position I was in charge of over 300 employees as well as the company’s overall operations in India including Field Service Engineers, Service Centers, Diamond Labs, Repair Labs, IT, Warehouse and Admin.Projects and Achievements –· Sarin Offices construction and initiation in Surat, Gujarat ($4.5M)· Establishment of the Sarin Lab in Mumbai ($1.5M)· Leading the shift from CRM to ERP system in the entire company.· Managing the Service departments (150 engineers) - providing services to more than 20,000 complex multidisciplinary systems at customers’ sites.· Managing the Back Office service - responding to more than 7,000 calls per month.· Opening of the World Wide Online support Service in India.Being one of the only two Israeli members in the senior management of the company in India, I played a significant part in mediating and liaising between the company’s HQ and the operations activity in India.

Managing the company all around India with 3 offices in Delhi Mumbai and Bangalore.Managing the business development of both division in the company Security solutions as well as Facade Luxury solution for high end private houses.

Opening new teritory, finding new distributors and potential CE chains for the Brand.It was a great experience and challenge to come into the Asia Pacific market, which is controlled by non-branded products made in China and India.
