Responsible for the creation and management of the account sales pipeline; promoting and selling new products and services to a Tier 1 carrier, as well as working closely with customer executives, maintaining relationships, and building winning strategies for closing deals.

Managed the front door team for all activity for a Tier 1 carrier, overseeing system/solution architects, managers, and products experts—all working closely with the customer to understand requirements and interface with multiple development centers to design complex business solutions.

I established teams and managed several consulting engagements with revenue recovery of over $25M in one and $70M in another. Supported all lines of business (wireless, wireline, SMB, and enterprise) supporting multiple instances of Amdocs products. I managed to grow the business by over 40% YOY with 20 direct reports.

Responsible for setting up the reference tables team, which implemented customer market offers across multiple lines of business.

As a manager, I provided technology consulting and advisory services for the Telecom industry. I worked on large implementation projects for both of Canada’s leading telecom providers, as well as a CLEC client.I fulfilled several project management roles, including one for a complex Amdocs platform conversion project. I also managed the design and deployment of a web-based Geographical Information System (GIS).
