Hi! I'm Gilana, a goal oriented learning and development specialist with a track record of managing change in the digital world while streamlining processes to optimize efficiency.With a Master’s and post graduate degree in Education, I take pride in my progressive digital and face to face coaching experience committed to amplifying performance to drive organizational growth. I believe in a data backed, neuro-divergent enablement approach.Most people would not expect enablement from the education industry. In my current role, I create instructional design experiences for in house and client facing public safety products. My past experience in K-12 education have provided me with invaluable experiences for stakeholder relationships and transfer of knowledge in SaaS and tech as a whole. In both tech and education one thing is for certain- ensuring our stakeholders have the tools and knowledge to be successful impacts our customer success. The better our customers perform, the better the company performs.
