I am Student of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta .Currently majoring in Management, with a minor in Finance Management, I will get my Bachelor's degree next year (2023). My emphasis is on finance.I have been interned as Finance Support Staff Position at PT. Fadillah Insan Mandiri which placed Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta for 3 Months From December 2021 to March 2022. Which the company engaged in Finance and Funding Sectors. During the internship. My Job description are; Recording Daily Transaction, Recap it, Filling related document, Analyze, and Providing analyzed result to the company. I full-work-from-office(WFO) 5 days in a week with 8 hours of work from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. To get to the office, I often use Public Transportation like Transjakarta and Commuter Line, Sometimes I use my own vehicle.The 2 Most important thing when deciding what internship i will apply are;1. Job role. I am considering about Job-role which related with my major study because I want to implement my knowledge about management function (planning, actuating, organizing, and controlling) to the job role;2. Work-Relations. I am considering about work-relation at this position, which are the communication, teamwork, personal connection so that I feel comfort to inquire about the job description, work behavior, and etc.
