- Make Work instruction Safety from the beginning- Ensure that all health and safety policies, procedure and regulation are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated.- Make Method Statement document for detail exactly how to carry out work safely like a Lifting operation and activity Working at height include drawing (AutoCAD)- Make & provide assistance when needed, that risk assessment has been conducted, the necessary JSA or procedure developed and reviewed with relevant employees before a new project is initiated. - Conduct daily and monthly Safety meeting/training - To Participate in all second- and third-party safety inspection, audits and investigations conducted in their areas of responsibilities.- Conduct weekly and Monthly Safety Inspection/Safety meeting/Training- Weekly meeting with management talk about inspection safety
