My current position give me opportunity to develop Internal Audit including from the side of :1. Improving Internal auditors' softskill and hardskill through planned training, seminar and certifications based on organizations needs.2. Updating policy & procedure with lastest industrial regulations.3. Lead and coordinate in preparation of Annual Audit Plan.Some of my main tasks for this last 3 years:1. Every year, I am in charge to do revisioning Internal Audit policy & procedure including Internal Audit Charter to conform with the latest regulations and best practice. One of the biggest change is on 2019 when OJK released POJK No.1/POJK.03/2019 to replaced the foundation of Internal Audit of Banking from PBI No.1/6/PBI/1999.2. I am in charge to be co-project manager of the development of new Internal Audit Management System. Currently, Internal Audit Bank Mandiri needs to replaced the systems with the tailor-made from scratch to fulfill what we needed the most. The system is called SIMANIS (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Audit & Investigasi) and have been go-live since Februari 2020.3. I am in charge to conduct given task to conduct benchmarking request from external institutions who needs to have sharing session with Internal Audit Bank Mandiri in Benchmarking Forum. Some of the institutions are PT Pegadaian, Ditjen Pajak, Perum Peruri, PT KAI, PT Bukit Asam, BP Jamsostek, etc.4. Being Person In Charge (PIC) in AudiTalks Event (quarterly seminar offline/hybrid about Internal Auditing) has been more challenging than ever, when the latest event of AudiTalks Vol.5 was inviting Head of PPATK and Jaksa Agung Muda Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara as speakers and also inviting all Director of Bank Mandiri include President Director to attend the seminar. Th pressure of zero tolerance of error are very high on this event.

My role as an IT Audit Operations is to do audit the operational of banking that involved IT on process.Experienced doing audit on major of Loans, Credit Cards, Clearing Process, Branch Operations, BI Checking, SLIK, Reconciliation, Regulatory Reporting.
