- Dealing with 10+ Banks to implement our financials services (Payment Switch-RDV)- Handling implementation project related to upgradation of switch version with multiple banks.- Mobile and Internet banking as a complete solution (Faysal Bank)- Corporate Banking to (Faysal bank)- Responsible for the administrative, financial, and operations management of the organization.- Responsible for overall selling cycle of financials products (Internet Banking / Mobile banking / Corporate portals)- Post Live services along with Model Banking / Customize training as per bank needs comes under my responsibility- Involved in building new practice areas, product developments and maintaining successful customer relationships

- Technical and Function Architecture - T24 which is a CORE Banking System from Temenos- I am looking after services across the Middle-East and Africa region including Pakistan- Responsible for the development of new products - Successfully launched T24 Post live support as a core product and completed product development.- Successfully launched T24 Training program as a new product for core for business and technical T24 users - Responsible for managing and delivering Core Banking implementations and services around Financial Services at mid to large size banks in the Middle East and Africa Region.- Selling of Post Live services along with Model Banking / Customize training as per bank needs comes under my responsibility- Involved in building new practice areas, product developments and maintaining successful customer relationships. - Established and maintained efficient reporting systems to track prospects from initial inquiry to closure.- Identifying and developing sustainable relationships with key accounts at both strategic and tactical level.- Recruiting, training and developing of technical teams.- Driving and managing the entire Project Management process
