I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the George Washington University School of BusinessI am researching the digital domain: Evolution, and data source for explaining individual behavior.My research focuses on the rapidly growing digital domain and in particular on its evolution and as data source for examining individual behavior. Thus, I am interested in two main arcs: The first arc is the evolution of digital markets, from e-commerce to social networks to mobile domains. Using quantitative models, I examine new products’ development and growth, and how such markets differ from traditional ones. The second arc is using digital markets to examine individual behavior. Specifically, using individual-level data to examine the process wherein individual-level behavior manifests as segment and market dynamics.Specialties: Digital Markets and Goods, Social Media, Marketing Analytics, Big Data, Consumer Data Patterns
