Performed the financial reporting for the $100M/year IT applications support organization. Managed the 2011 group annual fixed asset inventory. 28,000 assets counted in 8 weeks. Calculated the cost impact of choosing several different vendors and financing models for a major upgrade to our existing data center.Analyzed and modeled the integration and future IT support costs for the 3,000 employee Varian, Inc. acquisition. Reviewed business practices and corporate compliance as a guest auditor on an engagement with the Agilent Internal Audit Team.

Trained finance and management on the new Oracle and Brio ERP tools. Created standard reports for monthly review and management. Facilitated the migration from legacy applications to Oracle ERP, including system test of Order Management models.Created financial models for the outsourcing and/or sale of the printed circuit shop in Spokane. This included inventory usage, material requirements, and potential excess/obsolescence. Eliminated $51M of excess inventory managing Wireless disposal process. Designed and developed website content and dashboard metrics to facilitate senior management review of the organization.

Developed plans and resolved issues on the Loveland site Oracle ERP implementation. Created Inventory Characterization reporting process. Lead a cross functional team between finance, procurement, and planning to understand our inventory.Drafted plans and policies to ensure that PCA was Y2K compliant. Prepared and communicated PCA reports on its Y2K status to the Y2K Program Office. Developed several PCA planning and reporting tools including placements billed, purchase part price variance, headcount reporting, and other performance metrics.

Organized and streamlined the planning process for IT across multiple sites and functions, removing over one month from the planning process and delivering higher quality information to both customers and sector management.Managed the IT re-engineering project to design and automate the IT customer billing process, data collection, and metric reporting tools.Created and automated all of the TMO IT Planning and Reporting processes including the reporting, business fundamental, and narrative processes used by all 8 IT factory sites.
