Responsible for analysis, review, logistics and implementation through a team of managers, to fundamentally improve clerk and carrier operations in Associate Post Offices throughout the Santa Ana District. Educated and trained subordinate managers through class room and field operations. Implemented strategies and best practices for employees to follow to maximize productivity with emphasis on safety. Purchased, acquired supplies/tools. Developed spreadsheets to identify and monitor outliers, and extrapolate potential hourly savings. Consistent evaluation, consultation/recommendations and communication with higher level and local management, labor unions and employees of results throughout the project . Final implementation of adjustments/methods improvement, follow up/ monitoring of transformation with emphasis on recovering costs.
