I am working on home maintenance and repair. This includes painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair or replacement. I have also acquired new skills working professionally with evictions on rental property.

My responsibilities cover repair and maintenance of 30 facilities including homes and buildings. This includes managing two full time employees and hiring outside contractors. I have basic skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance installation, and grounds maintenance. I am also the point person for interaction with the local fire marshal and NE IL fire departments and alarm service company. I work well with the public in managing the Volunteer Groups and in determining useful items when we are called for donation pick-ups. I have had monetary donations made to the company in my name.
