At Kings Village, I led the establishment of an NCD wellness clinic and secured donor support to create the district's only chemical pathology department, improving access to NCD diagnosis and management. I spearheaded key campaigns on blood donation, NCDs and led community and school-based outreach programs to expand healthcare access. I developed protocols, trained district staff and community health volunteers, and enhanced the diagnostics department’s capacity, positioning it as a research hub.

At Kings Village, I developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensured compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards. I led internal quality control and assurance checks, conducted staff competency assessments, and facilitated capacity-building training. Additionally, I prepared monthly reports, validated data, and organized community-based blood donation exercises. I oversaw equipment and logistics procurement and ensured the availability of necessary resources for diagnostics.

I am leading efforts to deliver essential medical services to vulnerable groups across four regions and providing consultancy to corporate bodies in shaping occupational health policies. These initiatives are fostering healthier communities, promoting preventive care, and improving employee well-being.

Facilitated a total of eight training sessions for health staff on key health issues such as COVID-19, malaria, HIV, tuberculosis, and gestational diabetes screening, resulting in enhanced knowledge among district health workers and improved service delivery.

As a consultant for businesses, I worked with a team of multinationals to conduct market selection and analysis, performed comprehensive product, industry, and competition analysis, and developed new market expansion strategies for companies.

Efficiently administered questionnaires and collected samples, contributing to the successful execution of the Oncho MDA Stopping Threshold Study, which provided critical data for public health decision-making.

Facilitated district-level training programs for health workers, ensuring they were well-prepared and knowledgeable about COVID-19 protocols and other essential health services. I also co-authored the first FCDO-CHAG CRIP newsletter, which provided valuable insights and updates on the impact of the project to a wide audience.

Lectured and supervised the dissertation of four (4) students.

I facilitated the district-level implementation of a collaborative project between the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Johns Hopkins University focused on strengthening health systems and enhancing access to essential medicines for vulnerable populations in Ghana.
